Renovation while the space remains occupied
Explain which areas and devices must remain available. The scope should account for phased work where appropriate rather than assume unrestricted shutdown and access throughout the building.
Mark temporary work areas and equipment that cannot be relocated. Ask who will notify occupants of interruptions and how much advance notice is needed before each construction stage.
What must remain usable between stages?
An occupied project can require a different sequence from work in an empty building. Room access and temporary construction conditions should be discussed alongside the final electrical layout.
Identify those needs before scheduling rough and finish work. MKB can define the electrical stages while occupant notices and operational preparations remain assigned, avoiding a proposal that assumes unrestricted shutdown simply because another area is under construction.
