Charging provisions while renovation access is open
Distinguish a completed charging installation from limited preparation. The estimate should explain what remains dependent on the final equipment selection.
Ask the written proposal to name what is being installed now and what is deferred. Keep a route sketch and equipment assumptions with the property records for the later charger installation.
What is installed now and deferred?
An available pathway, installed circuit and complete charger connection are different stages. The final product can affect requirements even where a route has already been reserved.
The proposal should name the present work and unresolved selections. Keeping those assumptions with the renovation records helps a later installation use the provisions accurately instead of treating preparation as a finished charging system.
Details to include with this request
