Maintaining useful light during occupied-area alterations
Installation sequencing may matter alongside the final fixture layout. The scope should identify affected lighting and practical access rather than assume the area can remain unused.
Choose a contact who can coordinate access with occupants. Ask how work areas will be identified and when normal entry routes will be available during each stage of installation.
What happens to the existing access lights?
Removing or altering part of a system can affect an entrance still in use. The work sequence needs consideration separately from the finished fixture design.
Identify occupied routes and who coordinates access before scheduling. MKB can define the electrical alteration while keeping occupant arrangements explicit, rather than assume the area can remain unused simply because the final lighting plan has been accepted.
