Maintaining access during occupied-space work
Explain access windows and equipment that must remain available. The estimate should account for a realistic work sequence rather than assume that every affected space can be shut down together.
Explain the effect of a planned interruption on nearby areas. Access to one room does not automatically mean all equipment supplied through that area can be shut down together.
Which parts of the work affect occupants?
Installation at a new device position can be separate from connection work at the serving equipment. That final connection may affect other areas even when the new wiring itself is confined to one room.
Reviewing the source and work sequence helps identify the actual interruption needs. The project description should distinguish electrical tasks from occupant preparations and access arrangements, so scheduling follows the installation rather than an assumption of uninterrupted operation.
