Electrical corrections discovered during demolition
Record the concern and distinguish it from planned new work. The project should allow the findings to be evaluated rather than silently assume every concealed condition was included in an earlier description.
Record the location and nature of revealed conditions. The next electrical decision should follow evaluation rather than an assumption that all concealed findings share one repair.
What does an exposed condition establish?
Visible wiring can identify a concern without revealing its full extent. Different findings may require different evaluation and corrections rather than one standard concealed-wiring repair.
Document locations and known history for the electrical review. MKB can define necessary corrective work alongside the planned installation, keeping new findings and their effect on scope understandable before they are treated as included in the original renovation estimate.
