Kitchen renovation with a new equipment schedule
Identify equipment already purchased and decisions still open. The rough-wiring scope should distinguish retained circuits from new feeds and changes required by the final layout.
Mark selections that are final and those awaiting a decision. Rough wiring should follow the agreed equipment and layout rather than a cabinet drawing that remains provisional.
Which kitchen decisions affect rough wiring?
Appliance connection points, cabinet dimensions and lighting controls determine more than outlet count. Changing them after close-in can require reopening finished work.
MKB can define new circuits, retained wiring and equipment connections against the agreed schedule. Keep unresolved selections visible so a provisional drawing is not treated as confirmation that every final product will fit the installed arrangement.
