Charging in a detached garage
Provide existing feeder information and other garage loads. A receptacle or spare breaker position does not by itself establish available charging capacity.
Show the proposed charging position, cable reach needed and normal vehicle parking arrangement. Those details help evaluate a practical installation after the upstream supply has been reviewed.
Why does the garage feeder matter?
The charger draws through the garage's upstream supply as well as its final branch circuit. A spare destination breaker position answers only the physical space question.
MKB can evaluate that path with the other garage equipment and selected charging output. The installation scope should distinguish feeder-related changes from charger mounting and circuit work, so the complete supply is considered.
